The method
Every claim carries its own label
The fastest way to make a system legible is to stop letting four different kinds of statement wear the same clothes. So they are marked, on screen and on the card, and the marks are part of the identity rather than a footnote.

- An established phenomenon or mechanism.
- SYNTHESIS
- An interpretation assembled from several observations.
- HYPOTHESIS
- A proposed extension that still needs testing.
- METAPHOR
- An image that helps the inquiry and proves nothing.
- QUESTION
- Deliberately left open.

The Alpha is a small first group who get the study layer — the long cuts, the cards, and the spoken study albums — while it is still being made, and whose objections change what gets made next.
It is an alpha in the honest sense: the format is not settled, some of it will be revised, and some of it will be withdrawn. That is the trade. If you want the finished thing, wait for the public capsules instead.
